Match Day 6 - 13th of April 2006

The mighty Scorpions were depleted tonight missing Steven, Simon and Alex. So it meant we had no reserves for this, our sixth outing. This didn't change our custom of slow starts and by the start of the the second half we were 2 - 6 down! A spirited comeback saw us claw back to 7 - 8, but ultimately our drive to overtake the opposition exposed us at the back and we bravely went down 8 - 11 after a series of counter attacks.

Special mention for David, who played a good match filling in as goalie, and Kien and Serge for bagging uplifting goals, and despite our lack of subs, our fitness was never in doubt, especially with Gordon and Roger who battled enthusiastically right to the end.
